Aileemah Cannon Horton, LPC, is the Founder and CEO of Transformed & Renewed, LLC. A Licensed Professional Counselor with advanced training in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Pastoral Care and Counseling, she brings both clinical expertise and compassion to her work with individuals, couples, and families. Her professional background includes providing individual and couples counseling, treatment planning, intake assessments, crisis support, and therapeutic interventions that strengthen communication, emotional regulation, and long-term healing.

Raised in the inner city of Newark, Aileemah’s personal experiences with trauma have deeply shaped her calling to help others heal. Those lived experiences have strengthened her passion for walking alongside individuals and families as they navigate pain, rebuild hope, and move toward thriving beyond trauma. Her work is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and a genuine commitment to helping clients feel seen, supported, and empowered.

As a clinician, Aileemah specializes in couples therapy, grief, trauma, self-image, spiritually integrated therapy, and relationship concerns. She is passionate about creating a safe and affirming space where healing can touch every part of a person’s life…mind, body, and soul.
